RETURNS & REFUNDS

Custom Product Policy

Sphéroman sphere covers are custom-made to order using your unique 360° photo. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If You Receive a Damaged or Defective Product:

  • You have 7 days after receiving your item to report any damage or defects
  • Contact us immediately at info@spheroman.com with photos of the issue
  • We will replace the defective item at no cost to you
  • You must return the defective item using our prepaid return label

Non-Returnable:

  • Custom sphere covers made from your photos cannot be returned for refund if you simply change your mind or are unsatisfied with how your photo looks on the sphere
  • Please carefully review your 360° photo before ordering to ensure you're happy with the image

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Important: Under EU consumer protection law, custom-made and personalized products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Since all our products are made specifically to your order using your photo, this exemption applies.
