Where We Ship

We ship from our studio in Québec, Canada to Canada, the United States, Mexico, and the following international destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

⏳ Processing Time

Every cover is made to order in Québec. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Rates

- Canada: $20 CAD flat, or free over $100 CAD
- United States: $20 USD flat, or free over $100 USD
- Mexico: $50 CAD flat
- International: $50 CAD flat (any order weight)

📦 Shipping Methods

We ship via DHL Express for the United States, Mexico, and international destinations. Canadian orders ship via Purolator, Canada Post, or other carrier depending on destination and service availability.

⏱ Delivery Estimates (after 7 to 14-day production is complete)

- Canada: 2–5 business days
- United States: 2–5 business days (DHL Express)
- Mexico & International: 2–8 business days (DHL Express)

Total time from order placement, including production: typically 9–22 business days.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a DHL tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.

🚫 Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier logistics, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances. For carrier-related delays, please contact DHL Express directly with your tracking number.

📸 Shipping Damage

If your cover arrives damaged:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include photos of the packaging and damaged item
3. We'll file a claim and remake your cover as soon as possible

💸 Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees collected by DHL on delivery. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

❌ Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (DHL Express requires a physical street address).
- All orders must ship to a valid street address in one of our supported countries.
