Your 360° panorama, handmade into a touchable sphere. From a studio in Quebec, shipped worldwide via DHL Express.

How it works

1. Upload your 360° image — 2:1 equirectangular .JPG or .PNG, up to 40 MB. From any 360° camera (Insta360, DJI, Ricoh, GoPro) or rendered software (Unreal, Unity, Blender).

2. We hand-sew it in Quebec — Each cover is cut and stitched in our studio using the Fit2Hug™ pattern. One piece of stretch fabric, four vertical seams, no panels.

3. DHL Express to your door — Made-to-order production takes about 2 weeks. U.S. and international shipments go via DHL Express.

The 500-year-old problem of wrapping a sphere

Cartographers, sailmakers, and ball manufacturers have wrestled with the same puzzle since the Renaissance: how do you wrap a flat material around a sphere without distortion or wrinkles?

Every globe you've ever seen is built from curved segments — gore panels, soccer-ball pentagons, basketball channels — because for centuries that was the only way it could be done. The flat-to-curved problem was solved by adding more seams, not fewer.

The Fit2Hug™ pattern is our answer. One piece of stretch fabric. Four vertical seams. Up to 80% fewer seams than traditional sewn globes — preserving your image with far fewer interruptions. Inspired by the way petals open in nature, the pattern was designed and refined in our Quebec studio.

You're not buying a print. You're buying a solution to a problem older than the printing press.

Frequently asked

I don't have a 360° camera. Can I still order?
Yes — many of our customers send us renders, AI-generated panoramas, or commissioned panoramic photography. As long as the file is 2:1 equirectangular .JPG or .PNG, we can sew it. Email us if you'd like help finding the right format.

How long does it take?
Around 2 weeks from order to your door. Production is the bulk of that time; DHL Express delivery is fast (often 2–5 days once shipped).

My sphere is an unusual size. Can you still make a cover?
Almost always, yes. Email info@spheroman.com with your exact diameter and we'll let you know.

Can I return it?
Each cover is made to your specifications, so returns aren't available. If there's a defect in the fabric or sewing, we'll remake it at no charge.

What file format do you need?
2:1 equirectangular .JPG or .PNG, up to 40 MB. This is the native output of every consumer 360° camera and most VR/3D rendering software.
